Benefits of adding Avocado Fruits to your Hair Regimen.......
Avocado has become a useful ingredient for our daily skin care routine. It is rich in fat as well as protein. These fats are monounsaturated which is good for a healthy heart. The provision of Vitamin E in Avocado helps the heart to remain fit. It is also known to supply 60% more potassium in comparison to banana.
It is also rich in fiber, foliate (folic acid), Vitamin B6, Iron, Copper and Magnesium. Other than applying avocado on your skin, consuming it in salad form can also be beneficial for your skin. Avocado as a deep conditioner is great on 4B grade hair because it contains vitamins like A, D, and E which has penetrating qualities to improve your skin and leaves your hair hydrated, moisturized and incredibly soft. Works Best after hair is Pre-poo, Washed and then Deep Conditioned........Here's my favorite Avocado Deep Conditioner
*1 Avocado
*1 Tbsp EVOO
*1 Tsp Baking Soda
*1 Tsp Black Seed Oil
*1 Tsp Tea Tree Oil
*1 Tsp Rosemary
*1 Tsp Almond Essence
*3 Tbsp Favorite Conditioner, I used John Frieda Nourishing Conditioner
*2 Tbsp Sauve Humectant
Blend the Avocodo separately in a mini food processor or use a hand mixer until blended smooth and no lumps are visible. Add the other ingredients and blend until a "smoothie type" consistency.... Place on hair from root to tip, adding a little more on the ends and cover with a plastic cap. Sit under the dryer or use a hot towel for as long as you can stand it...Wash out with your favorite "light" conditioner....Detangle and Style as Usual......
